本ポリシーは、ヤイリカ・ジェスタリーチェの Web 版（ブラウザで使う版。以下「本アプリ」）における 情報の取扱いを説明するものです。提供者：Izuru Toys。iOS・iPadOS アプリには iOS 版のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
取得する情報
本アプリは、個人情報・利用状況・識別子を取得しません。現在、アカウント登録・広告・ アクセス解析（アナリティクス）はありません。
カメラの使用について
本アプリは、変身エフェクトの表示と動画の撮影に、端末のカメラを使用します。 カメラの映像は端末内で処理され、提供者がこれを取得することはありません （本アプリのサーバーは静的なページを配るだけで、映像を受け取る仕組みがありません）。
マイクの使用について
本アプリは、撮影の画面に入るときに、カメラと同時にマイクの使用の許可を1回だけ求めます。 許可の確認が済むと、マイクはその場で閉じます。現在の版では、録画した動画にマイクの音（声）は 入らず、動画の音はアプリの音楽・効果音だけです。マイクを許可しなくても、撮影・録画はそのまま 使えます（変身を見るだけなら、カメラとマイクのどちらの許可がなくても使えます）。 録画に声を入れる機能を追加する場合は、本ポリシーを更新します。
録画した動画について
録画した動画は端末にのみ保存され、提供者を含む第三者がこれにアクセスすることは できません。動画はアプリ内のライブラリ（ブラウザが端末内に持つ保存領域）へ 自動で保存され、「🗑 消す」でいつでも削除できます。ブラウザの「サイトデータを削除」でも まとめて消えます（消した動画は元に戻せません）。保存できる量には上限（合計 500MB）があり、 いっぱいになったときは画面でお知らせします。古い動画が自動で消えることはありません。
ライブラリには、動画とあわせて、録画中の1コマから作る見本画像（サムネイル）と、 「かおかくし」に使う顔の位置の記録を作品ごとに保存します。これらは作品を消すと一緒に消えます。
SNS などへの共有は、端末の共有機能からご自身の操作で行います。共有・保存のときに 「音なし」の動画を選ぶこともできます。共有した動画の取扱いは、共有先のサービスの規約・ ポリシーに従います。
次の撮影で使えるように、成功した身体・頭・髪の採寸を端末内に1件だけ覚えます。撮影を最後まで行わなくても保存し、新しい採寸が成功すると置き換えます。採寸には、身体や頭の寸法のほか、顔の形を表す点の3次元の座標が含まれます（カメラの映像・画像は含みません）。ライブラリで作品を消しても、この採寸は消えません。ブラウザのサイトデータを削除すると採寸も消えます。
通信について
アプリの表示に必要なファイル（ページ・エフェクトのプログラム）をホスティングサービス （Cloudflare）から取得します。この際、一般的な Web サーバーと同様のアクセスログ（IP アドレス等）が ホスティング事業者側で標準的に記録されることがあります。本アプリ側でこれを個人の特定に 用いることはありません。
変身カメラの姿勢の認識と人物の切り抜きには MediaPipe（Google 提供）を使用しています。 MediaPipe は端末内で動き、本アプリは MediaPipe が外部へ行う通信を遮っているため、 利用の統計情報を含め、Google へ送信されることはありません。
使用している素材・ソフトウェア
撮影の案内の声は、音声合成ソフトウェア VOICEVOX と音声ライブラリ「ずんだもん」で作成した 音声を使用しています（クレジット表記：VOICEVOX:ずんだもん）。音声はあらかじめ作成したものを アプリに同梱しており、利用時に音声合成のソフトウェアやサーバーへ接続することはありません。
お子様の利用について
本アプリは、保護者の方が操作することを想定しています。
本ポリシーの変更
機能の追加・変更にあわせて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。アカウント登録・広告・ アクセス解析などを導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新したうえでお知らせします。

Web Privacy Policy (English)

This policy describes how the web version of Yayrika-Gestalice (used in a browser; the app) handles information. Provider: Izuru Toys. The iOS and iPadOS app is covered by the iOS privacy policy.
Data we collect: the app does not collect personal information, usage data, or identifiers. There are currently no accounts, no ads, and no analytics.
Camera: used to display the transformation effects and to record videos. The camera feed is processed on your device and the provider never receives it — our server only serves static files and has no endpoint that could receive video.
Microphone: permission is requested once, together with the camera, when you enter the capture screen; the microphone is closed right after the permission check. In the current version, recordings do not contain microphone audio (voices); their sound is only the app's music and sound effects. Capturing and recording work without microphone permission, and watching transformations works without either permission. If a feature that records voices is added, this policy will be updated.
Recordings are saved only on your device; no one, including the provider, can access them. They are kept automatically in the in-app library (browser storage on your device); you can delete each one with the trash button, or clear them all via your browser's site-data settings. The library holds up to 500 MB in total and never deletes your videos on its own. Along with each video, the library keeps a thumbnail made from one frame of the recording and a record of face positions used for face covering; these are deleted together with the work.
Measurements: so the next session can reuse them, the app keeps one set of successful body, head and hair measurements on your device. It is saved even if you do not finish recording, and replaced when a new measurement succeeds. It includes body and head dimensions and the 3D coordinates of points describing the shape of the face (no camera video or images). Deleting works from the library does not delete it; clearing your browser's site data does.
Sharing: sharing to social media or elsewhere happens through your device's share sheet, by your own action. You can also choose a muted copy when sharing or saving. Shared videos are governed by the receiving service's terms and policies.
Network: static assets are served via Cloudflare; standard hosting access logs (e.g., IP addresses) may be recorded by the hosting provider as with any website. The provider does not use them to identify individuals. The transformation camera uses MediaPipe (by Google) for pose detection and person cut-out. MediaPipe runs on your device, and the app blocks MediaPipe's outbound connections, so nothing, including usage statistics, is sent to Google.
Third-party assets: the voice guidance during recording uses audio synthesized with VOICEVOX and the voice library "Zundamon" (credit: VOICEVOX:ずんだもん). The audio is pre-rendered and bundled with the app; no speech-synthesis software or server is contacted at runtime.
Children: the app is designed to be operated by a parent or guardian.
Changes: this policy may be revised as features change. If accounts, ads, or analytics are ever introduced, the policy will be updated first.
